Hold on. 😏
the bright side of the corner in a room where from the inside looking out I happen to see the prettiest thing ever moving her hair to the side away from her eyes keeping me company all day long I'm watched while I work by "those goddamn Yankees need a new manager" speaking in another language on the phone wearing cologne to meet someone special I don't even know how I fix these things sometimes all is beyond me stopping my van from driving into rush hour or breaking my nose or every finger that I own I feel as safe as a blessing and circumstance a dangerous necessity propagating everything the sounds of s's rattling from the vipers in the supermarket self-checkout is cutthroat hold on to your groceries
Thanks for sharing such an evocative piece! 🙂
